🚨 OHIO “HOUSE OF HORRORS” CASE: GARY SIDERS JR. FACES NEW CHARGES AS INVESTIGATION EXPANDS

A major new development has emerged in the Vinton County, Ohio case involving the 16 children rescued from the Siders family home.

Gary Siders Jr., the father of the 16 children, recently appeared in court and pleaded not guilty to 23 charges across two separate cases. His attorney has also requested a mental competency evaluation before the proceedings continue.

The development comes as investigators pursue a separate case involving allegations of Sєxual misconduct involving a minor. Gary and Elizabeth Siders have each been indicted on two counts of Sєxual battery and two counts of unlawful Sєxual conduct with a minor. Authorities say the alleged incidents occurred between January and September 2022, and the minor was not one of the couple’s immediate children.

The broader investigation began after authorities discovered 16 children, ranging from about 18 months to 18 years old, living in what officials described as extremely poor conditions inside the Hamden property. The children were subsequently placed in county care and are receiving medical and other support.

For now, the allegations remain allegations, and the defendants are enтιтled to due process as the cases move through court.
