🥺💙 A SIMPLE KISS CHANGED JUWAN’S LIFE — BUT IT DIDN’T TAKE AWAY HIS LIGHT

Juwan was only two years old when what seemed like an ordinary eye infection became something far more serious. Doctors discovered that herpes simplex virus had affected his eye, reportedly after contact with someone who had an active cold sore. 💔

The infection severely damaged his cornea. His eye became extremely dry, and a tiny opening developed, putting his vision at serious risk. Despite medical care, Juwan ultimately lost sight in his left eye. 🏥🥺

For his family, it was heartbreaking to realize that something as simple as a kiss could have such lasting consequences.

Yet Juwan is so much more than what happened to his eye. ❤️‍🩹
