Lucy 2 picks up where the first film left off, with Lucy (Scarlett Johansson) having transcended her human form and integrated into the fabric of the universe. However, this creation, dubbed “Project Apex,” becomes a rogue enтιтy, threatening the balance of power on Earth.
Lucy, though no longer bound to a physical body, returns to intervene when Project Apex’s actions endanger humanity. She forms an alliance with Dr. Mia Clarke, a neuroscientist who deciphers Lucy’s digital messages and helps her manifest briefly in physical form.
