🥺💗 AT JUST 14 MONTHS OLD, ADALIE IS FIGHTING TO PROTECT HER VISION 🌈🙏
At just 14 months old, little Adalie should be spending her days discovering the world through play, laughter and curious little eyes.

Instead, her family suddenly found themselves facing a frightening medical emergency.

What first appeared to be an eye injury quickly became something much more serious. Doctors discovered that Adalie had orbital cellulitis, an infection around her eye that continued to worsen despite treatment. 🏥💔

As the infection spread, her eye became severely swollen and her vision was placed at risk. Further testing revealed serious damage, including a retinal detachment, and specialists worked urgently to determine the best way to protect her eye. ❤️‍🩹

For her parents, every scan and specialist appointment brought a mixture of fear and hope.

But through it all, Adalie remained their sweet little girl.

Even when she was uncomfortable and could barely see through her affected eye, she still found moments to smile. 🥹💗

Those little smiles became precious reminders of the happy, playful child she is — and of everything her family is fighting to protect. 🌷✨

Her treatment and recovery have brought hospital stays, travel, specialist care and difficult financial challenges. Yet her family continues moving forward, supported by loved ones, prayers and the medical team caring for her. 🙏💙
