The heartbreaking search for three-year-old Noah Woods has ended in tragedy, leaving his family and the community of Brantham struggling to come to terms with the news.

Noah was reported missing on the afternoon of Tuesday, September 15, after becoming separated from a relative while visiting a playground in Merriam Close, Brantham, Suffolk.

What followed was a huge search involving emergency services, specialist teams and approximately 1,300 members of the public, many of whom travelled from outside the area to help bring the little boy home.

A MᴀssIVE SEARCH FOR LITTLE NOAH

Police said Noah was last seen near the playground before running down an alleyway toward a nearby housing development and Decoy Pond.

CCTV footage from the area was released as investigators tried to establish his last known movements.
