🚨 JERSEY SHORE BOAT CASE: STEPHEN SCHNEIDER SURRENDERS AFTER TWO GRANDCHILDREN D*E IN BARNEGAT BAY CRASH

Stephen Schneider, 64, of Bayville, New Jersey, voluntarily surrendered to police on August 14 and was taken to the Ocean County Jail following the July 19 boating tragedy that claimed the lives of his grandchildren, Mya Bella Golabek, 9, and Sigmund “Siggy” Paul Golabek, 7.
Authorities allege Schneider was operating the 30-foot boat while under the influence when it struck a channel marker in Barnegat Bay. The children were thrown into the water and were later pronounced d*ad at a hospital.

Schneider now faces two counts of second-degree reckless vessel homicide, along with charges related to operating a vessel under the influence and reckless operation. He remains in custody pending a future court hearing. The allegations are criminal charges, and Schneider is enтιтled to due process as the case moves through court.
