🥺💙 HE WAS BORN WITHOUT EYES — BUT LITTLE RUDY IS LEARNING TO DISCOVER THE WORLD THROUGH LOVE 🌈✨
When baby Rudy was born in January 2025, his mother Beth noticed that he wasn’t opening his eyes. She was told this could be normal after a C-section, but something in her heart told her to keep asking questions. 🙏💗

Three days later, further examinations revealed that Rudy had bilateral anophthalmia, an extremely rare condition in which the eyes do not develop. Genetic testing later found a rare SOX2 gene mutation. Rudy also has hearing loss and difficulties with swallowing, requiring ongoing medical care and therapy. 🏥💙

Yet Rudy is growing in his own beautiful way.

He loves music and stories, has learned to sit up and clap, and uses his hands to recognise the faces of the people he loves. His mother has even created a special 3D family pH๏τo so Rudy can feel their faces and know they are together. 🥹🌷

His big brother Jax has also become his little friend and protector, playing with him, sharing toys, and reminding everyone that Rudy can discover the world with his hands. 💕✨

🌈 Rudy’s journey may look different from other children’s, but his world is already filled with music, laughter, family, and love. Every little milestone is a beautiful reminder that there are many ways to experience the world — and many ways to shine. 💙🙏✨
