🥺💗 A JOYFUL FAMILY DAY TURNED INTO A FIGHT FOR HER LIFE — BUT LITTLE LANI SURVIVED 🙏✨

Four-year-old Lani was enjoying her first big go-kart ride during a family birthday celebration. She was smiling, excited and having the kind of carefree childhood moment every parent treasures. 🌷

Then, in just a few seconds, everything changed.

Her long hair became caught in the go-kart’s engine, leaving Lani with a devastating head injury. She was rushed to the hospital, where doctors discovered an open skull fracture and serious brain trauma. 🏥💔

Doctors warned her family that they could not guarantee she would survive — and even if she did, they could not know what her recovery would look like.

But Lani kept fighting. 🙏

After a five-hour emergency surgery, doctors reconstructed her skull and repaired the damage. When she finally woke up, she quietly told her mother, “Mommy, the angels were with me.” 🥹🕊️

Her recovery was long. She later faced epilepsy and emotional trauma, and some of her hair never fully returned. But she also learned to walk, talk and write again.

What stands out most is Lani’s courage. Her family says she rarely complains and has learned to embrace her appearance and her new life with remarkable strength. 💗✨

She survived something no child should ever have to face — and today, her smile is a reminder that even after unimaginable hardship, hope can still find a way forward. 🌈🙏
