🚨 PAMELA CISNEROS TIMES SQUARE CASE: WHY DID THE TASERS FAIL TO STOP HER?

A layer of body tissue, a bag, and constant movement are three factors experts have highlighted while examining why multiple Tasers appeared to have little effect during the confrontation involving Pamela Cisneros in Times Square.

According to retired NYPD detective and Taser expert Artur Sadowski, a Taser needs effective contact from both probes to produce the intended neuromuscular effect. He suggested that tissue between the probes and the muscles may have reduced the device’s effectiveness in this particular encounter.

Another complication involved the bag Cisneros was carrying. Footage reviewed by experts appeared to show one probe becoming caught in or obstructed by the bag, potentially preventing the electrical circuit from working as intended.

Movement was another important factor. Cisneros continued moving while officers repeatedly ordered her to drop the two kn!ves she was holding. New York officials said three officers deployed Tasers, but they had no apparent effect, after which Cisneros allegedly moved toward the officers.

The confrontation ended moments later when two officers fired their service weapons. Cisneros was taken to a hospital and later d1ed. New York’s Attorney General has opened an investigation into the police encounter, emphasizing that the currently released facts remain preliminary and subject to change.

So, rather than one definitive explanation, experts have pointed to several factors occurring at the same time — body composition, probe contact, the bag and continuous movement.

The investigation will determine what the full sequence shows.
