A new development has emerged in the case involving Jesse Calhoun, who is already facing charges in connection with the deaths of five women in Oregon and Washington. ⚖️

A Multnomah County grand jury has now indicted Calhoun on a first-degree manslaughter charge in connection with the death of Elizabeth “Libby” Gibson, a 32-year-old Portland woman. Prosecutors believe Gibson died on or around November 18, 2022.

Gibson was reported missing in March 2023, and her remains have not been found. Investigators say they recently developed enough evidence to connect her disappearance to the broader investigation involving Calhoun. 🔎🕯️
