The death of Miami biotech executive Justin Zelin continues to draw attention as newly filed court documents present a different account of the events leading up to his fatal fall from a 25th-floor condominium balcony.

Investigators allege that Corey Hutterli, 37, was responsible for Zelin’s death and have charged him with second-degree murder and burglary with ᴀssault or battery. Authorities say surveillance footage, witness evidence, and other findings led to Hutterli’s arrest following an extensive investigation.

Security video reportedly shows Zelin and Hutterli entering the Akoya Condominium building together several days before the incident. On the morning of February 15, Zelin called 911 to report a disturbance, and recordings reportedly captured him telling Hutterli to leave the apartment.
