🔥 Burning Tank Video Highlights Hezbollah’s Growing FPV Drone Threat in Southern Lebanon

A video circulating from southern Lebanon has drawn renewed attention to Hezbollah’s expanding use of FPV drones against Israeli armored vehicles and military positions.

The footage reportedly shows a burning Israeli tank after being struck by a small first-person-view drone — a low-cost weapon that is becoming increasingly difficult to stop on the modern battlefield. While the exact location, date, and full damage from the video have not been independently verified, recent reports confirm that Hezbollah has been using explosive and fiber-optic drones against Israeli forces in southern Lebanon.

Israel’s defense industry is now racing to develop stronger counter-drone systems, including hardware designed to stop Hezbollah’s explosive drones, which Israeli officials say have killed troops despite traditional air defenses and electronic jamming efforts.

The video also comes as fighting between Israel and Hezbollah continues to intensify despite ceasefire efforts. Israeli strikes have hit Hezbollah sites across southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley, while Hezbollah has continued launching drones and other attacks toward Israeli positions.

For Israel, the threat is no longer just rockets or missiles.
It is small, fast, hard-to-detect drones flying low over the battlefield.
