Authorities have officially confirmed that Timmy’s tracking signal has reappeared in the waters off northern Norway, near Skarsvåg and Gjesvær.
Yes, Timmy is alive.

And once again, let’s make this crystal clear:
The whale found ᴅᴇᴀᴅ in Denmark was NOT Timmy.
That whale was Hvaldimir, a completely different and well-known individual.
Timmy is now swimming through one of the richest feeding grounds in Europe, where humpback whales hunt herring using their extraordinary bubble-net technique.
These intelligent giants work together to surround fish with bubbles before rising from below with their mouths wide open.
Timmy is still young and, with a little luck, could live up to 90 years in the wild.
After everything he has endured, he can finally live the life nature intended.
