A Long Island man has been sentenced to 13 years in prison after pleading guilty in a disturbing child exploitation case involving a 13-year-old girl.

According to prosecutors, the defendant manipulated and groomed the victim over an extended period, using drugs as a means of control before repeatedly Sєxually ᴀssaulting her. Investigators described the abuse as calculated and devastating, emphasizing the lasting trauma suffered by the young victim.

Announcing the sentence, prosecutors stated:

“He will now spend many years in prison, unable to harm another victim.”
Law enforcement officials praised the victim’s courage in coming forward, saying her testimony played a critical role in securing the conviction.
