A Miami County jury has found former “American Idol” contestant Caleb Flynn guilty on all charges in the case involving the d#ath of his wife, Ashley Flynn.

The verdict was reached on September 29, 2026, after the jury deliberated for just over two hours. Flynn was found guilty of aggravated murder, murder, felonious ᴀssault and tampering with evidence.

Flynn had pleaded not guilty and maintained that an intruder was responsible for Ashley’s d#ath. Prosecutors presented evidence they said supported their case, while the defense argued that the state had not established Flynn as the person responsible beyond a reasonable doubt.

Flynn’s attorneys said they expect to appeal the verdict. His sentencing is scheduled for October 5, 2026, and he faces the possibility of life in prison without parole.
