BABY MARIA PRINCESS FACES A DIFFICULT MEDICAL JOURNEY AT JUST EIGHT MONTHS OLD

Eight-month-old Maria Princess has already spent much of her short life facing a serious medical challenge.

Maria was born with aqueductal stenosis, a condition that can interfere with the normal flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the brain and can lead to hydrocephalus.

As fluid builds up, hydrocephalus can place increasing pressure on the brain and may require careful medical monitoring and treatment.

For Maria’s family, every appointment and every day brings new challenges as they hope she can receive the care and support she needs.

Her story is a reminder of how important early medical attention and ongoing specialist care can be for babies facing complex conditions.
