WENDY’S PLIGHT ‘Vulnerable’ missing Brit, 68, ‘suffered tyre blowout before camper van was stolen’ on return trip from Spain with dog

A MISSING Brit mum is believed to have suffered a tyre blowout before her camper van was stolen on a trip back from Spain.
Wendy Iles, 68, disappeared with her beloved dog and missed her ferry home while travelling back from the Costa Blanca in the country’s southeast.
Wendy’s daughter, Louise, has launched a desperate appeal for information about her whereabouts, admitting she is “vulnerable and may be in distress”.
She has urged people on social media to be on the lookout and to spread the news.
Louise has also contacted the UK police and Spanish cops are understood to have been made aware by the British embᴀssy.
Last night, Louise said she had last spoken with Wendy, from Wiltshire, on Sunday evening.

The 68-year-old was just south of Valencia while making the long journey to Caen in northwestern France where she was due to catch a ferry to the UK.
Wendy was travelling with her beloved Springer Spaniel called Beau, although Louise said as part of a missing poster appeal now circulating that the dog is nicknamed Bozie.
Louise wrote: “Wendy and Beau are very close – please look out for them together.”
She described her mum’s camper van as a UK-plated Mazda Bongo camper reg V233 HWA.
