🚨 BABY GRAYSON’S FINAL HOURS: 11-MONTH-OLD FOUND GONE AS 19-YEAR-OLD FACES CHARGES

🚨 AN 11-MONTH-OLD BABY WAS REPORTEDLY SUPPOSED TO BE SAFE IN THE CARE OF AN ADULT. INSTEAD, A DESPERATE SEARCH ENDED WITH A HEARTBREAKING DISCOVERY.
💔 Baby Grayson Walton was found gone inside a Kentucky home, and a 19-year-old has now been arrested.
🚨 But authorities have yet to reveal exactly what happened to the little boy—or why.

A desperate search for 11-month-old Grayson Walton in Kentucky has ended in tragedy after investigators found the baby deceased inside a residence in Muhlenberg County.

On Saturday, September 12, shortly after 5 p.m., Central City police responded to a reported disturbance at a home in the 800 block of Harrison Avenue in Cleaton.

According to police, Grayson’s father had left his infant son in the care of 19-year-old Elijah Mayes while he was at work.

During questioning, Mayes allegedly told investigators that a family friend had picked Grayson up at around 10 p.m. the previous night.

Officers located the woman, but she reportedly denied ever picking up the child.

Investigators also learned from a relative that Grayson had last been seen with Mayes at a residence on Hillview Street on September 11.

As detectives continued interviewing people and piecing together the timeline, they obtained a search warrant for the Harrison Avenue home and a vehicle located there. Police said suspected m***amphetamine was discovered during that search.

Investigators then secured another warrant for a residence and vehicle on Hillview Street—the location where Grayson had reportedly last been seen with Mayes.

Inside the home, officers made the devastating discovery.

Grayson was found deceased.

Mayes was subsequently arrested and booked into the Muhlenberg County Detention Center. He faces charges including mer, first-degree criminal abuse, tampering with physical evidence, abuse of a cse and possession of a controlled substance.

However, authorities have not yet released Grayson’s cause or manner of death. They also have not publicly explained what they believe happened inside the residence or disclosed a possible motive.

It is also unclear whether the suspected drugs found during the investigation have any connection to Grayson’s death.

For Grayson’s family, the loss is impossible to put into words.

He was only 11 months old—a baby completely dependent on the adults around him for safety, care and protection. He should have had years ahead of him filled with first steps, first words, birthdays, holidays and countless memories.

Instead, his life ended before he even reached his first birthday.

The investigation remains active as authorities work to establish the full circumstances surrounding his death.

Mayes faces serious allegations, but every charge is an accusation, and he is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

🕊️ Rest peacefully, little Grayson. Your life was far too short, but your name will not be forgotten.

💔 Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.
