Reality television star Kim Zolciak has publicly rejected claims made against her 15-year-old son following his arrest in Georgia on multiple felony counts. The teenager, known as KJ Biermann (full name Kroy Jagger Biermann), was taken into custody in Alpharetta on August 17, 2026.

According to court records, the case stems from an alleged incident in April 2026 involving a female classmate at a local fitness facility. He was initially charged with two serious felony offenses. Under a Georgia law that allows certain cases involving teenagers aged 13 to 17 to be handled in adult court, the matter is proceeding in superior court.

In a statement released to the media, Zolciak described the accusations as “nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling.” She said her son “categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.” Zolciak added that KJ voluntarily took a polygraph examination and pᴀssed it, and that an examination conducted in connection with the case found no DNA belonging to him. She also stated that the person making the claims had previously made similar allegations involving other individuals, though that ᴀssertion has not been independently confirmed in public reports.
