At just two and a half years old, Blake Garrett has already faced more medical challenges than most children ever will. Born with mosaic trisomy 22, he relies on a feeding tube and tracheostomy and spends much of his time attending therapies and medical appointments. 🏥💗

But when Blake smiles, everything seems to feel a little lighter. 🥹

He finds happiness in the simplest things — a warm hug, his favorite blanket, the sound of laughter and the people who love him most. Every little giggle and milestone is celebrated by his family as a precious victory. 🌷✨

His grandmother, Sue, says that no matter what is happening around them, Blake’s smile has a way of making everything better. 💙
