🥺💗🦴 BORN WITH SEVEN FRACTURES — LITTLE ELEANOR IS SHOWING THE WORLD WHAT TRUE COURAGE LOOKS LIKE 🌷🌈
When Tasha Johnson learned during pregnancy that her baby had osteogenesis imperfecta (OI), she knew her daughter would face challenges from the very beginning.

But when little Eleanor Faith Butler was born in April 2024, the reality was even more difficult.

She arrived with seven fractures, affecting her legs, arm, ribs and skull, and spent her first 67 days in the NICU. 💔🏥

Yet Eleanor kept growing.

🌷💙 A LITTLE GIRL WHO KEPT MOVING FORWARD
Living with severe OI means that even ordinary movements can carry risks. Eleanor has needed ongoing medical care, including medication to strengthen her bones.

She learned to crawl, found ways to explore her world and continued reaching new milestones — even though her family knew another fracture could happen at any time. 🥺💗

Then came another major challenge.

Doctors discovered problems with her cervical spine, and Eleanor needed a halo device to help stabilize her neck before spinal surgery.

For her parents, watching their little girl go through such an intense treatment was heartbreaking.

But they stayed beside her every step of the way. 🙏

🏡💔 THE FIGHT DIDN’T END AT THE HOSPITAL
After surgery, Eleanor still needed specialized care at home.

Her family said the skilled nursing support they believed she needed was denied by Medicaid, leaving them facing another difficult battle while caring for a medically fragile toddler.

Friends, neighbors and members of their community came together to support the family through a fundraiser called “Hope Blooms for Eleanor.” 🌷💕

Their kindness reminded Eleanor’s family that they weren’t alone.

Eleanor’s condition may make her journey different, but it doesn’t take away her childhood, her smile or the love surrounding her.
