Mason’s journey began when his family noticed that he was unusually tired, followed by high fevers, vomiting, and painful mouth sores. After further testing, doctors discovered that he was facing a serious blood-related illness. 🩺💙

He endured months of intensive treatment and eventually reached remission before undergoing a bone marrow transplant. For a time, there was hope that the hardest part of his journey was behind him. Sadly, several months later, the illness returned, bringing another difficult chapter for Mason and his loved ones. 💔

Today, Mason is taking part in a clinical trial at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, where doctors are exploring a treatment designed to target specific genetic changes connected to his condition. 🔬🙏
