💔 D.C. Mother Charged After 13-Month-Old Daughter Dies and Twin Brother Is Found Critically Ill

A tragic child neglect case has shocked Washington, D.C., after authorities announced the arrest of a mother accused in the death of her 13-month-old daughter and the severe neglect of the child’s twin brother.

According to officials, 25-year-old Valencia Duke has been charged with first-degree felony murder and two counts of first-degree cruelty to children following an investigation into the devastating incident.
