The daughter of Melbourne teacher Sunil Sharma has shared an emotional message following the arrests of several relatives in connection with his alleged murder, a case that has shocked both Australia and India.

Mr. Sharma, 66, a respected mathematics teacher and father of two, traveled to Punjab, India, last month to oversee renovation work on investment properties. When he suddenly disappeared, his family launched an urgent search for answers.

Police have charged his brother, Satish “Sunny” Sharma, with murder, while his sister-in-law and nephew face charges related to the alleged concealment of evidence.
