Legendary NFL coach Pete Carroll is reportedly the leading candidate to be hired by Tom Brady’s Las Vegas Raiders.
NFL insider Josina Anderson reported on Thursday that Carroll has edged ahead of Kansas City Chiefs defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo in the running.
Carroll, 73, has been out of work since leaving the Seattle Seahawks 12 months ago.
He spent 14 seasons with the Seahawks, winning a Super Bowl there. He also won a college national championship with USC.
