🥺💗 SHE TURNED FOUR AFTER MORE THAN 100 DAYS IN THE HOSPITAL — AND HER BIRTHDAY BROUGHT HER FAMILY A REASON TO HOPE 🌈🎂

At just three years old, Florencia “Mica” Saucedo was already facing an incredibly difficult journey.

Her parents, Rebecca and Fred, first noticed that one side of her face looked slightly different. Doctors discovered a brain tumor, and Mica was diagnosed with Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor (ATRT), a rare and aggressive cancer. 🏥💔

She underwent surgery and multiple rounds of treatment, but the tumor returned. Mica later needed another operation, radiation treatments and chemotherapy. A tumor was also found in her spine, bringing even more challenges for the little girl. 🙏

Then came another devastating diagnosis.

Blood tests revealed Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) — meaning Mica was now facing two different cancers at the same time. 💔🎗️

In March, respiratory problems led to a stay in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Mica would spend more than 100 days in the hospital, surrounded by doctors and nurses while her family continued to hope for better days.

And then, on a day her family will never forget, something beautiful happened. 🥹✨

Mica turned four — and on her birthday, she was finally released from the PICU. 🎂💗

Her journey is far from over. She continues treatment in the hospital, surrounded by the people who have supported her through every surgery, treatment and uncertain moment.

But reaching her fourth birthday gave her family something precious:

A reason to celebrate. A reason to keep hoping. And another milestone to cherish. 🌷🌈
