Four-year-old Nisreen Lulu still greets the world with a beautiful smile. She laughs, plays and enjoys the simple things that make childhood special. 🌸👧💕

But behind that cheerful smile is a serious medical battle that has been part of her life since birth.

Nisreen was born with a hemangioma, a blood-vessel growth that has continued to enlarge instead of fading. The swelling now presses heavily against her eye, and she has already developed amblyopia, commonly known as a lazy eye. 👁️💔

Doctors have warned that without specialized treatment, Nisreen could permanently lose her eyesight. Her family is now racing against time to find the advanced care she needs. 🏥🙏

The necessary specialized surgery and treatment are not currently available where Nisreen lives, leaving her parents searching for a way to take their little girl abroad for evaluation and care. 🌍💗

Her mother says Nisreen doesn’t fully understand what is happening. She continues to play, laugh and ask questions about the world around her.

And that may be what makes the situation even more heartbreaking.

She simply wants to see the world she is so curious about. 🥺🌈
