🥺💙 AFTER SURGERY, CHEMOTHERAPY AND RADIATION, LITTLE BARRETT FINALLY HEARD THE NEWS HIS FAMILY HAD BEEN PRAYING FOR 🙏🌈
For little Barrett Barnes, the past year has been a journey his family never imagined they would face. After being diagnosed with ATRT, a rare and aggressive brain tumor, Barrett spent much of 2025 away from home while receiving treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. 🏥💔

His journey began with surgery to remove a tumor located near his brainstem. Doctors were able to remove more than 90% of it, while leaving a small amount to protect important nerves. Barrett then endured intensive chemotherapy and proton radiation, with his parents beside him through every difficult day. 🙏💗

Then came a moment of hope.

A scan showed that the remaining tumor tissue was no longer visible. ✨🌷

After nearly a year away from home, Barrett and his family were finally able to return to Alabama. But they knew there would still be more scans and more waiting.

Recently, another scan brought the news they had been praying for:

His family knows the journey is not over and continued monitoring will be part of his life. But for today, they are choosing to celebrate — grateful to see their little boy smiling, growing, and moving forward. 🌈✨
