When Debb and Caine learned during pregnancy that their baby had Apert syndrome, they were overwhelmed. They had never heard of the rare condition and didn’t know what the future would look like for their little girl. ππ
Born five weeks early, Daisy soon began receiving specialist care. Her condition affects the development of her skull, hands and feet, and she will need more than 20 surgeries before starting school. π₯π
She has already undergone several procedures to help her breathing, and her next major surgery will create more space inside her skull so her growing brain can develop properly. β€οΈβπ©Ή
But behind every medical challenge is simply Daisy β a determined, cheeky little girl with beautiful blue eyes who loves her toys and lights up when she sees her big brother, Ollie. π₯Ήπ
