“All we can do is keep her comfortable,” he wrote.

Yet even during this incredibly difficult journey, Adelyn’s family chose to focus on creating moments of joy.

Before returning to the hospital, they set out to make every day unforgettable.

They celebrated birthdays every weekend.

They visited the zoo as often as they could.

Adelyn finally got to watch Toy Story 5, one of the moments her family had been hoping she would experience.

Mickey and Minnie even visited their home, filling it with laughter, magic, and smiles that her parents will cherish forever.

“In the weeks before bringing Adelyn to the hospital, we tried to make every day count,” Gerardo shared.

“We filled her days with love, family, smiles, and memories.”
