🚨💔 SHE WAS JUST TWO WEEKS AWAY FROM TAKING THE WITNESS STAND — THEN SHE WAS FOUND ᴅᴇᴀᴅ 🕊️🌹
Twenty-one-year-old Kyyona Casey was preparing to testify in a murder case when her own life was suddenly taken.
On July 17, 2019, Kyyona and 31-year-old Justin Jennings were found fatally sH๏τ inside a vehicle in Roanoke, Virginia.
Kyyona wasn’t simply an unrelated victim.
According to reports, she was expected to testify approximately two weeks later against her former boyfriend, Marcus Clark, who had been charged in connection with the death of another man Kyyona had been romantically involved with.
She never made it to court.
Instead, Kyyona became the victim of another unsolved killing.
With her death, the murder case in which she was expected to testify was ultimately dropped.
And now, more than six years later, investigators have still not charged anyone with the killings of Kyyona or Justin.
That timeline has left Kyyona’s family with painful questions that have never been answered.
Was her death connected to the testimony she was preparing to give?
Was she targeted because of what she knew?
Or was her death unrelated to that earlier case?
Those questions remain unresolved.
What is known is that a young woman who was preparing to appear in court never got the chance to tell her story.
And another man, Justin Jennings, also lost his life that same night.
Two families were left grieving.
Two lives were gone.
And the case remains without an arrest.
For Kyyona’s father, Bobbie Casey, the search for answers became deeply personal.
While closing his daughter’s casket, he reportedly made a promise that he would never stop searching for whoever was responsible for taking her life. 💔
Years have pᴀssed since that promise.
Kyyona would now be several years older.
Her family should have been watching her build a career, make memories and experience the ordinary moments of adulthood.
Instead, they visit a grave.
And the questions remain.
Someone knows what happened to Kyyona and Justin.
Someone may know what happened inside that vehicle.
Someone may know why two young lives were taken.
But after more than six years, the families are still waiting for answers.
Kyyona’s story is particularly haunting because she was preparing to speak in court about another killing—and then she was killed herself before she could testify.
The case against her former boyfriend was dropped after Kyyona’s death, leaving another painful chapter in an already devastating story.
Whether the two cases were connected remains a question for investigators and the courts.
It is important not to ᴀssume guilt without evidence or a legal finding.
But the unanswered questions are real.
And Kyyona’s family continues to deserve clarity.
Six-plus years have pᴀssed. Two people are gone. One young woman never got the opportunity to testify. And two families are still waiting for justice. 💔🕊️
Kyyona Casey and Justin Jennings deserve to be remembered—not simply as names in an unsolved case, but as two human beings whose lives mattered.
May their families continue to find strength while they wait for the answers they have spent years seeking. 🌹🙏
Someone knows something. And Kyyona’s father has never stopped hoping that one day, the truth will finally come to light. 🕊️❤️
