At just 2½ years old, Liam Box has already faced more than most adults could imagine. After 13 rounds of chemotherapy, countless hospital visits, procedures, scans and surgeries, the little boy known by his family as their “Brave Little Warrior” has reached a moment they have been waiting and praying for.

Liam recently rang the bell after completing chemotherapy, marking an emotional milestone in his difficult medical journey. For his family, the sound of that bell represented more than the end of another treatment—it was a powerful symbol of courage, perseverance and hope.
