She was rushed to Leeds Children’s Hospital, where she spent three weeks in intensive care, received blood transfusions, and was resuscitated twice. After weeks of testing, doctors diagnosed her with cardiomyopathy, triggered by a parvovirus infection. 🙏💗

Her parents were warned that Ada-Mai had only a very small chance of survival. But slowly, this little girl began to recover. 🌷✨

After six weeks in hospital, she finally went home — though her parents had to manage nine different medications, fluids, and injections around the clock. It was a long and difficult road, but they never gave up. ❤️‍🩹
