Look at that smile.

At just 2 years old, Myla is facing CM-AVM (Capillary Malformation–Arteriovenous Malformation) along with an extremely complex, high-flow AVM affecting the left side of her face and head.

Her mother, Samantha, says the condition has continued to grow as Myla has grown, bringing serious challenges involving swelling, bleeding, vision, hearing, breathing, her teeth and jaw, mobility, and additional strain on her heart.

All of this is happening before Myla has even turned three.

Her family has traveled from Canada to Italy in search of specialized treatment after Samantha says doctors in Canada warned that intervention could carry significant risks.

Yet through everything, Myla’s smile remains a powerful reminder of the little girl behind the diagnosis and the strength her family sees in her every day.
