👶💙 Baby ‘Born Twice’ Is Thriving After Rare Life-Saving Surgery ✨

A baby boy from Florida is preparing to celebrate an extraordinary milestone after undergoing groundbreaking surgeries that gave him a second chance at life before he was even born.
During pregnancy, Keishera and Greg Joubert learned that their son, Cá´€ssian, had Congenital High Airway Obstruction Syndrome (CHAOS), a rare condition that blocks the airway and is often fatal.
After an initial fetal procedure was unsuccessful, doctors performed an innovative operation at 25 weeks of pregnancy. Cá´€ssian was partially delivered so surgeons could place a catheter to relieve pressure in his lungs before gently returning him to the womb to continue developing.

Six weeks later, at 31 weeks of pregnancy, Cá´€ssian underwent another specialized procedure while still attached to the placenta. Doctors performed a life-saving tracheostomy, allowing him to breathe safely after birth.
Following four months in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), Cá´€ssian was finally able to go home. Although he still faces additional surgeries to remove the airway blockage, his mother says he is now a happy, smiling, and curious little boy.
“I am so, so thankful for the surgeons, by whose hands God has worked a miracle,” Keishera said.
Today, Cᴀssian’s remarkable journey stands as a testament to medical innovation, perseverance, and hope.
