Patrick Clancy’s lawyer said that influencers and celebrities who have shared baseless conspiracies about his client online have been put ‘on notice.’

ADA Jennifer Sprague presented the closing argument and asked the jury to find Clancy guilty of murder on Thursday.

‘She knew what she did was wrong. She could conform her behavior to the law and chose not to,’ Sprague said.

‘She didn’t expect to have any consequences because she expected to die with her children.

‘You know it was deliberate premeditation because of the way she killed them and the way they died.’

Sprague continued: ‘She didn’t see them in that moment as individual human beings with rights, with dreams, with futures.

‘She didn’t bring them up to their beds; she left them, discarded on the basement floor, like broken toys, like she was done playing the game. You know, to a moral certainty, she is guilty.’

One member of the jury appeared to wipe away tears during the closing argument.

The jury’s admission they cannot reach a unanimous raises the specter of a hung jury, according to legal experts who spoke with the Daily Mail.

It raises the horrific prospect of this trial being played out all over again – and a prosecution once again brought that, according to many, should never have been brought in the first place.

The woman arrested for intimidation outside the Lindsay Clancy courthouse claimed she was trying to film the killer mom as she left.

Dawn Light, 56, of Sutton, was taken into custody outside Plymouth District Court at 3.40pm on Tuesday and charged with intimidation of a witness, jurors or person furnishing information in connection with criminal proceedings, according to Mᴀssachusetts State Police.

She has now appeared in that same courthouse for her own arraignment hearing on Wednesday as the jury continues to deliberate Clancy’s fate.
