A Texas family is grieving the devastating loss of 17-year-old Michael Menjares, whose life was tragically cut short in a rollover crash that authorities say occurred early Sunday morning in Abilene.

According to police, Michael was a pᴀssenger in an SUV involved in a single-vehicle rollover crash on West Lake Road. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but Michael was pronounced ᴅᴇᴀᴅ there. Four other occupants of the vehicle were injured and transported to a local hospital for treatment.
