SHOCKING UPDATE FROM WILL ROBERTS’ FAMILY ❤️

💙 UPDATE FROM WILL ROBERTS’ FAMILY
15-year-old Ralph, Alabama – Will Roberts is entering a very important phase of treatment in his battle with bone cancer.

After completing his first round of immunotherapy yesterday, his mother, Brittney Battles Roberts, shared a heartfelt and emotional post about what the family is going through:
“Today is a big day. We had a good radiation session and made a plan for the next steps. Then we went to the clinic to talk about medication, pain management, and what might happen with the first round of immunotherapy.
In the middle of all that… the ‘what ifs’ started.
This is the first dose. We don’t know how Will’s body will react.
Will is worried that the pain in his arm will flare up. Right now, only steroids help with the pain, but steroids can reduce the effectiveness of immunotherapy. That’s really frustrating.
Will is discouraged. I’m frustrated. Negativity is hitting. Not the best moment for us.
Luckily, we have Jason – who always calmly pulls the whole family together when emotions get out of control.
After he went to work, Will and I sat down and talked. About the fear. About the side effects. About the Starting something new when you’re only 15 and already exhausted from the pain.

We pulled ourselves together.
The first dose is always the hardest because of the uncertainty. But we have a great team watching over us.
Still fighting. Still believing. Still moving forward.
Immunotherapy dose #1 completed!!!

Please pray for Will’s hand pain to be under control.

The tears have stopped. After the infusion, we’ll go home. I need a day to rest, cry my heart out, and eat a gallon of ice cream.”
Brittney, Jason, and Will – the whole family is trying to be strong every single day.
If you’re reading this, please send a prayer, a word of encouragement, or share Will’s story. Families battling cancer need all the support we can give.
