Minority Report (2002) – Precrime: The Future Is Watching
In the year 2054, Washington D.C. has achieved the impossible: zero murders for six years. Thanks to the revolutionary Precrime unit, crimes are stopped before they happen. Three genetically engineered psychics known as Precogs — Agatha (the most gifted), Arthur, and Dashiell — float in a milky pool, their visions of future killings captured and analyzed in real time.

Tom Cruise delivers a powerhouse performance as Chief John Anderton, the driven Precrime captain haunted by the abduction of his young son. When the Precogs suddenly predict that Anderton himself will commit a murder in 36 hours — of a man he’s never met — his perfect world collapses.
Pursued by ambitious Department of Justice agent Danny Witwer (Colin Farrell), Anderton goes on the run. With the help of the enigmatic Precog Agatha (Samantha Morton), he races against time to uncover a conspiracy that threatens the very foundation of Precrime.

Supporting standout performances include Max von Sydow as the authoritative Director Lamar Burgess, along with Neal McDonough and Patrick Kilpatrick as key Precrime officers.
A thrilling blend of high-octane action, mind-bending sci-fi, and profound questions about free will vs. destiny. Directed by Steven Spielberg. “Everybody runs.”
Will Anderton change his fate… or fulfill the prediction?
