INVESTIGATORS UNCOVER NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN OHIO “HOUSE OF HORRORS” CASE AS ELIZABETH SIDERS FACES ADDITIONAL CHARGES

The investigation surrounding an Ohio home where 16 children were found in reportedly unsafe living conditions continues to develop, with prosecutors adding new allegations against Elizabeth Siders.

Siders, 33, initially faced 19 counts of child endangerment. She later pleaded not guilty to two counts of Sєxual battery and two counts of unlawful Sєxual conduct involving a minor. The alleged victim is described in court records as a relative between 13 and 16 who was not one of Siders’ immediate children.

Her husband, Gary Siders II, faces the same four additional charges. Both have pleaded not guilty, and Siders’ attorney has raised questions about her competency as the court process continues.

The original investigation began after authorities discovered the 16 children at the Vinton County property on June 30. The children were removed from the home and placed under state care while investigators continued examining their circumstances.

Prosecutors had previously indicated that additional serious felony charges could be considered by a grand jury. The case remains ongoing, and the allegations have not been proven in court.

Claims circulating online about a phone mysteriously ringing after a final autopsy and revealing “bombshell evidence” should therefore be treated cautiously unless investigators or court records officially confirm those details.
