BREAKING: WADE WILSON’S D#ATH ROW LEGAL FIGHT TAKES ANOTHER TURN

Wade Wilson’s long-running legal battle over his two d#ath sentences continues, with his case still moving through the appeals process.
Wilson was convicted in Florida in 2024 in connection with the 2019 d#aths of Kristine Melton and Diane Ruiz and was sentenced to d#ath in both cases. His appeal remains open before the Florida Supreme Court under case number SC2024-1345.
Nearly two years after his sentencing, no exec#tion date has been set. Recent reporting has indicated that Wilson’s attorneys halted one portion of their d#ath-penalty challenge earlier this year after concluding that recent court rulings had affected the arguments they intended to pursue.

That does not mean the legal process has ended. The Florida Supreme Court’s case record still lists Wilson’s capital appeal as open, meaning further proceedings remain possible.
For the families of Kristine Melton and Diane Ruiz, the continuing appeals mean that the case has yet to reach its final legal chapter.
The next significant court ruling could determine how Wilson’s remaining appeals proceed and what legal options may still be available to him.
For now, Wilson remains on Florida’s d#ath row, with no exec#tion date publicly scheduled.
