BREAKING: FOUR PEOPLE FACE FEDERAL CASES OVER ALLEGED THREATS LINKED TO NOLAN WELLS INVESTIGATION

New legal developments have emerged in the investigation into Nolan Wells’ death, with four people from outside Mississippi facing separate allegations involving threats against witnesses, officials and others connected to the case.
Federal prosecutors have accused the individuals of making threatening communications as intense public speculation surrounding Wells’ death continued. Two of those defendants, Edward James Porter and Joseph Alfredo Vasquez Dumarce, have pleaded not guilty, while other proceedings are being handled separately.
The alleged threats were directed at people connected to the investigation, including witnesses and court officials. Authorities have said those charged do not appear to have known Nolan, his family or the friends who were with him on Horn Island.

Meanwhile, no one has been charged in connection with Nolan Wells’ d#ath. A Mississippi grand jury recently declined to bring criminal charges after reviewing extensive evidence, while Nolan’s family continues to seek further answers and investigation.
The threat cases are separate from the investigation into what happened to Nolan, and allegations against the defendants have not been proven in court.
