A 21-year-old woman, Maria Eduarda Rodrigues de Freitas, has died following a rope-jump activity at the Skeleton Bridge in Limeira, São Paulo, Brazil.
According to reports being reviewed by authorities, the incident occurred during an extreme sports activity when she fell from a height of approximately 40 meters. Investigators are examining allegations that she may not have been properly connected to the main safety system before the jump was initiated.
