REVEREND RICHARD COLES
The campmates faced their punishment during Thursday’s episode of I’m A Celebrity, after Dean Mc Cullough mischievously snuck in contraband – and a second celeb’s banned item was discovered.
Radio star Dean, 32, secretly told Jane Moore, 62, he had smuggled some tea bags into camp and asked her if she wanted some during Wednesday’s instalment of the ITV show.
The show has a host of items which celebrities are banned to take into camp each year, including their own clothes, makeup, condiments, food and pillows.
Dean put his plan into action and got up to no good as he slyly took a tea bag from his hidden contraband supply and dropped it into that morning’s H๏τ water.
When the ‘H๏τ water’ was served, the dark colour in the mugs confused the campmates and a befuddled Barry questioned: ‘Why are they dark?’
Alan joked: ‘We got a bit of mud in the kettle but if you try it, it’s not too bad.’

Barry was still unsure, but as he took a sip of the suspicious looking water, he realised, and gives a sly wink back to Alan and Dean who laughed along as he said: ‘Fantastic!’
In high spirits, the campmates all cheered with their tea, as Dean said: ‘To whatever today has in store!’
However, it came back to bite the celebs later on after Maura Higgns and Richard Coles faced their first challenge of the series.
Not knowing what to expect, when they reached the clearing, they were greeted with a note that details the challenge as another opportunity to convince one of their fellow celebrities that life in the Jungle Junkyard is really tough.
Learning that Melvin will join them in the ‘Waste Facility’, they are told ‘you will be on the top level and drop offal onto him in the section below. If he can catch it and fill the bucket to the yellow line, he will win a treat for the main camp.’
However, as part of the Jungle Junkyard mission, there was a twist as they read: ‘While it will be tough for him, you will not endure any hardship, in fact quite the opposite but he must think you are also having a terrible time.’
As Maura joked: ‘You better be a good actor!’ Richard promised: ‘I’m gonna give it everything I’ve got.’
Taking their positions on the top level, Melvin arrived and he learned he’ll be working against the clock to win 10 cupcakes for camp.

Looking through the peephole of the above level, Maura and Richard said hello to Melvin.
Feigning they aren’t looking forward to the challenge, Marvin reᴀssures them, they’ll have to ‘work as a team. We got this!’
Entering the bottom section, Melvin got his goggles on aand urged Richard to ‘Say a quick prayer’.
As Maura and Richard pulled a chain to release the bucket and send the offal down to Melvin, they relax with a cup of tea, some cheese sandwiches and a fruit platter, all the while making noises to convince him they’re having a terrible time.
Filling up the bucket to the yellow line and therefore winning the challenge, an overjoyed Melvin who was covered in offal shouted: ‘Thank you Rev, thank you Maura! Hopefully I get to see you soon ok, love to you!’
However, due to Dean’s contraband antics, Melvin soon learned that they would only receive half of the cupcakes as a treat, much to his dismay.
Returning to camp and updating his fellow campmates, he reads out the note which revealed there will be a jungle amnesty, where they must ‘bring all remaining contraband to the Bush Telegraph to avoid further punishment.’
A giggly Dean eventually made his way to the Bush Telegraph to give up his tea bag contraband.
But there was another revelation, as Tulisa also reveals another campmate had shared seasoning with her, which she hadn’t used.
