Tori Spelling has moved into a $12,000-a-month Calabasas home – one year after she lived in an RV park with her five kids after her marriage split from Dean McDermott.
The 90210 star, 51, who grew up in the $85million Spelling manor in Holmby Hills, has moved into a five bedroom, four bathroom mansion complete with swimming pool.
The stunning home is in stark contrast to the RV park in Ventura County the star and her brood stayed in last year – amid her financial problems.
Tori and her children were pH๏τographed leaving a $100-a-night motel in Los Angeles the month prior, which she chalked up to a ‘mold issue’ at her family marital home.
The Hollywood star had been vocal about the mold prior to her move into the motel and revealed to her Instagram followers that the family had been continually sick because of it.
An insider said at the time: ‘Tori and Dean are doing really good and her staying at a H๏τel with their kids has nothing to do with a separation.’

On June 16 2023, Tori’s ex husband Dean revealed in a since deleted Instagram post that he was parting ways with Tori after 18 years.

‘It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,’ the post read.
‘We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time. We ask that you all respect our privacy as we take this time to surround our family with love and work our way through this.
‘Thank you all for your support and kindness.’
Several days later, the troubled noTORIous star was pH๏τographed unloading suitcases and other belongings at a friend’s house. In the pH๏τos, she clearly looked distressed with all five kids in tow.
Dean was then seen moving his belongings into storage, while Tori was pH๏τographed wearing a ‘Boys Lie’ T-shirt.
According to a close mutual friend of the couple, Dean, 57, feels as though he has done everything in his power to make his wife happy, but believes that his efforts have not been reciprocated in any way.
‘Dean has changed and worked very hard to be the husband she needed him to be but she is still demanding and enтιтled. Nothing he does or has done will ever be good enough for her,’ the insider told DailyMail.com at the time.
