Down Tor Stone Row and Cairn Circle also known as Hingston hill dating from the Late Neolithic to Bronze Age.
This is one spectacular place, approximately 158 stones make up the row and the Cairn has a diameter of 12 metres.
It’s been doing the rounds lately on social media by fake pages who steal people’s pictures and is named as Yellowmead anyone who’s visited will know the difference anyway
Located on Dartmoor – Devon
Set high on a Donegal hilltop with extensive views over the surrounding landscape, Beltany Stone Circle is a truly stunning example of the prehistoric landscapes of Ireland.
