Carla investigates the break-in, but someone whacks her over the head and she falls to the ground. 

As Carla lies unconscious in hospital, Lisa sits by her bedside for a time.

When Carla is well enough to go home, Roy and Ryan arrive to accompany her, but Carla explains that she was hoping Lisa might have been with them. 

Later, Roy encourages Lisa over Carla.

3. Betsy steps in

Betsy tells Mason that he doesn’t have to worry about his brothers anymore as she has done a deal with them. 

However, when Mason learns what she has planned, he is left horrified.

Ches is in the Freshco car park when a van speeds into the space he was about to park in. 

Furious, Ches blocks the van in, gets out of his car and heads out on his business.

Ches’ car has been damaged and just as he’s busy checking it out, a van speeds past and almost knocks him off his feet. 

Ches is shocked to realise it’s the same van that he had the run in with in the car park. Is the driver now targeting Chesney?

6. Leanne makes a discovery

Nick suggests to Toyah that they should tell Leanne about their relationship then head off on holiday, giving her time to process the news and to let the dust settle. 

However, when Leanne later spots the travel booking on Nick’s laptop, have the secret lovers been rumbled?

7. Matty’s killer jibe

Mason’s brother Matty is taken in for questioning over the factory break-in and the attack on Carla, but soon provides an alibi.

When he makes a dig at Lisa over her late wife Becky, Lisa is furious and becomes convinced that Matty must have had something to do with Becky’s death.

8. Leanne and Toyah remember

Leanne holds a memorial for Oliver in Victoria Gardens. Toyah is surprised and touched when Leanne presents her with a rose bush and suggests they plant it next to Oliver’s tree in memory of Toyah’s late daughter, Rose. 

However, the kind gesture only increases Toyah’s guilt over her secret romance with Nick.

9. Death rocks the Street

Nick is all set to come clean to Leanne, but he’s interrupted when Leanne receives the shocking news that her dad, Les, has died at work.

Leanne and Toyah are united in grief and joined by Les’ stepson Chesney. 

However, when Leanne realises that Nick told Toyah the news before Leanne had a chance to, her suspicions of the pair’s closeness increase.

10. Shona’s hospital visit

Shona tells David how desperately she wants to see Clayton and is upset by her husband’s unsympathetic response. 

At the hospital, Shona finds her son’s bed, where he is handcuffed to a prison guard. Is Shona heading for trouble?
