Not all actors have worn penis prosthetics for full frontal scenes, others have preferred to bare it all.
Cooper Koch had viewers talking about his performance as Erik Menéndez when Ryan Murphy’s Monsters premiered in September 2024. But it wasn’t just his one-sH๏τ episodes where Koch — as Menéndez — recounted years of abuse at the hands of his father. Koch caught Us‘ attention with a ɴuᴅᴇ shower scene that he later clarified was all him.
“Just to say, mine was not a prosthetic,” Koch said on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen one month later. Host Andy Cohen congratulated Koch for being “very blessed,” to which the actor cheekily quipped, “Well hung.”
On the big screen, Barry Keoghan delivered a memorable performance in Saltburn as a scholarship student named Oliver who is determined to keep living the high life. He ultimately succeeded and celebrated the occasion by dancing to Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s “Murder on the Dance Floor” while fully ɴuᴅᴇ.

“The initial thing was about me having no clothes on. I’m a bit, ehhh,” Keoghan told Entertainment Weekly in November 2023. “But after take one, I was ready to go. I was like, ‘Let’s go again. Let’s go again.’ You kind of forget, because there’s such a comfortable environment created, and it gives you that license to go, ‘All right, this is about the story now.’”
