When Thiago Iribe Gonzalez was born at just 29 weeks of pregnancy, his family immediately found themselves facing a journey filled with uncertainty, fear, and hope.

Weighing only 3 pounds, 9 ounces at birth, Thiago arrived nearly three months before his expected due date.
