For anyone who’s been unable to get Saturday Night Live’s “Domingo” out of their heads, you’re in luck because Charli XCX just dropped a brand-new banger.
When Charli, 32, hosted the Saturday, November 16, episode of SNL, she joined the cast in a follow-up to the viral sketch Ariana Grande helmed earlier this season 50.
Grande, 31, had performed a parody of Sabrina Carpenter’s “Espresso” with a group of fellow bridesmaids during her hosting turn. It was a way of telling Matt (Andrew Dismukes) that his new bride Kelsey (Chloe Fineman) hooked up with a handsome doctor/model named Domingo (Marcello Hernandez) during a bachelorette vacation.
Charli, for her part, joined cast members Heidi Gardner, Ego Nwodim and Sarah Sherman for a musical recollection of now-pregnant Kelsey’s babymoon to Miami, set to Chappell Roan’s “H๏τ to Go.”

Saturday Night Live’s hosts and musical guests are typically the center of attention each week — but sometimes more famous faces steal the show. Tyler Cameron crashed Kim Kardashian’s hosting debut in October 2021, joining her for a Bachelor-inspired sketch. “That [experience] was incredible,” the Bachelor Nation alum exclusively told Us Weekly weeks after he […]
“Kelsey is our bestie / gonna be a mama,” Charli sang before the fellow performers chimed in, “So, we took a trip in / my Hyundai Sonata / Just ‘cause you’re pregnant don’t mean you’re a granny / Kelsey couldn’t fly / so we drove to Miami.”
They added, “We got facials at the spa/ but Kelsey doesn’t talk at all. We say Kelsey get / Off your phone ‘cause we know who she’s texting / D-O-M-I-N-G-O, Kelsey is texting Domingo / Thought that she forgot this dude / She’s sending him her pregnant ɴuᴅᴇs.”
The girls then revealed that a “pouting” Kelsey realized “eight months ago is a little bit hazy,” speculating that Domingo actually fathered her unborn baby.

“Now we can finally see / why Kelsey brought us to Miami,” the song continued. “She has the address of his childhood home / She meets his whole family / They completely embrace her.”
After Matt chimed in, asking whether the song is meant to reveal that she visited Miami, Gardner, 41, bit back, “No, the point is that it is ‘H๏τ to Go,’” mimicking her previous script line in the “Espresso” version.
“D-O-M-I-N-G-O, Kelsey’s learning espagnol,” they sing in the chorus. “D-O-M-I-N-G-O, [she] spends all day on Duolingo.”
Hernandez’s Domingo then made a surprise cameo after it was revealed that he fathered one of Kelsey’s twins. Matt is the dad of the other baby.
